By joining or participating in the Spikes Studio Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are an agreement between you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") and Playstream, a company incorporated in Israel, the operator of Spikes.Studio ("Spikes", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Enrollment

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application via our form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your promotional methods are unsuitable for the Program for any reason.

2. Commission Fees

Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale to a customer who is referred to Spikes through the Affiliate’s unique referral link. The exact commission rate will be a 20% recurring commission for one year. Commission fees will be paid out monthly, with a minimum threshold of $20 USD. Should the referred user by an affiliate choose to terminate or cancel their subscription within the initial thirty (30) days of commencement, the affiliate shall not be entitled to any commission or remuneration for such referral.

3. Payment

Payments will be sent on the 1st of every month via PayPal payment method. Affiliates should ensure that their PayPal information is current and accurate to receive timely payments. For any questions or concerns regarding payment methods, please reach out to us.

4. Referral Tracking

Spikes will provide the Affiliate with specific referral links to track and identify sales generated by your efforts. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that these links are integrated correctly.

5. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates are NOT permitted to promote Spikes using the following methods:

  1. Spam: Sending unsolicited email promotions or spamming any kind of messaging platform.
  2. False Claims: Making false or misleading statements about Spikes or its products and services.
  3. Infringement: Using Spikes’ copyrighted or trademarked materials without express permission.
  4. Cookie Stuffing: Any method that places the affiliate tracking cookie without the user's knowledge or via deceptive practices.
  5. Misrepresentation: Implying that you represent our company directly, or presenting false information about the nature of the relationship between the Affiliate and Spikes.

Any affiliate found using these or other deceptive practices will have their affiliate account terminated and will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
